Have you ever heard of 30 Day Challenge?
For those who do not know 30 Day Challenge is you have to plan resolutions and do it for 30 days!
I will tell you my 30 Day Challenge and maybe you can try it too.
First of all, the habit I want to add is to read 3 pages of Bible everyday. It may be for another 1 year or so but reading the Bible not only 1 page but 3 pages can make a big change.
and I want to add a habit of reading 1 book everyday. It maybe hard but I want to mount my books to my height and than start all over again. so with a little bit of extra times I could make my height book pyramid in less than 159 days.
The habit I want to add most is studying math an hour each day. It's going to be hard but I know that with an hour of spending my study time on math, my math skill will emprove.
That was the 3 things I want to add in my 30 Day Challenge habits I want to ADD.
Secondly, I want to subtract in my habit is I want to subtract my habit of doing facebook.
Whenever I do computer I want to do facebook and than the next second, I am logged in in facebook.
but I want to take out my facebook habit.and inspead talk with my friends or do something important.
and I want to make a habit of no sugar. It might be hard but I am getting too much of weight everyday so I want to make a habit of no sugar.
And lastly, I want to subtract the habit of saying bad words. I know I should not use it. but every time when I get fustrated I use a bad word. so instead of saying bad words I can say good words instead or count to 10 and just relax, calm myself down.
So in the next 30 days I will try my best of best to keep my 30 Day Challenge.
